Job Purpose:

As a Company Secretary Assistant at ShareWorks Sdn Bhd, you'll be the backbone of our corporate secretarial team. Whether you're a fresh graduate or an experienced professional looking to advance your career, we welcome your application. Graduates with backgrounds in Business or Commerce, Law, CGI (ICSA), or Public Relations are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese Mandarin preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Drafting and writing business correspondence.
  • Providing corporate secretarial support to our clients.
  • Dealing with government authorities such as CCM, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad & SC.
  • Assisting managers or supervisors in arranging board meetings, preparing relevant documents, and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Making announcements for PLCs.
  • Handling business meetings with clients and business associates.
  • Managing all aspects of clients' corporate secretarial matters in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns.
  • Preparation of resolutions, minutes of meetings, and ancillary documents.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of statutory books.
  • Performing any other secretarial duties and support as assigned by management.

Position Specifications:

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
  • Full-Time position.
