Job Purpose:

As a Share Registrar Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the share registry and handling all share registration work for public listed companies. Your responsibilities will extend to both routine tasks and corporate exercises, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step. Additionally, you will be entrusted with the coordination and management of virtual general meetings for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the share registry with precision and accuracy.
  • Support in executing share registration tasks, including routine and corporate exercise work.
  • Participate in the coordination and management of virtual general meetings for public listed companies.
  • Aid in verifying participants, coordinating audiovisual elements, managing votes, and conducting scrutineering work during virtual meetings.

Position Specifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in share registration, corporate governance, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms and audiovisual coordination.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
